about

This music was recorded between 2011 & 2012 as studio demos and reading session. We gave the songs a quick once over, rehearsed a bit, and then hit record. There are two groups, and two recording dates on this EP. Somewhere along the way I lost the stems and had never got around to mixing or mastering. I thought I would take a breather and come back to these songs when I had the time. As time passed, I never did! But i had these mp3s somewhere on my computer. These are basically rough mix, board recordings, but listening back, I love them! The people on them are amazing, playing beautifully, and the recordings are charming. It's a little reminder of a moment in time for me that brings a smile to my face, and I hope they can do the same for you.

I'm releasing this now in the midst of this 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. I hope the people on these tracks enjoy listening back after all these years. And for the rest of you, I hope you enjoy what you hear too! If you feel so inclined, you can donate whatever you see fit if you'd like to download the music and own it for the rest of time.
